The Director of Nursing reports to the Chair of the Board of Trustees and is responsible for all aspects of resident care and for the operational management of the hospital.

The Brabazon Trust, part of the Protestant Aid group of charities, comprising a 51-bed nursing home with sheltered housing for up to 57 active residents is seeking to recruit a Director of Nursing. RELIEF STAFF – STAFF NURSES

The appointee will be offered work as the need arises. The post will require the appointee to work varied hours up to 39 hours of a standard 39 hour week to cover shifts on a relief basis. Shifts can include night shifts, twilight shifts, sleepover shifts, weekends, public holidays and early mornings. The successful candidate will be trained to work in the Nursing Units.
